1. Users who filled in their contact details before the end of offer time would receive their free total security pack licenses.
2. The free Total Security pack licenses (worth S$120) comes with a 1 year subscription and can only be installed on up to 5 devices.
3. The Total Security pack license would be sent to the user via email within 3 to 5 working days after filling in the contact information.
4. By filling in the contact details, users are agreeing to allow Focus Digitech employees to contact them with regards to the email security solutions that Focus Digitech provides.
5. Users are to check that the contact information filled in are correct, if not Focus Digitech will not be made liable if the user does not receive their free Total Security pack license.
6. Any issues with the activation of the licenses should be brought up within the first 7 days of the email being sent. After the 7th day, no extension or amendments to the free license period will be entertained.
7. Focus Digitech reserves the right to terminate any free offer at any time.

How to cancel the subscription:
